SECOND OPERATIONS
MUTECSA has various lines of production, equipped with a press (until 30 TN), surfacing and jig boring machinery, beveling machine, and stamping equipment and machinery equipped for second operations of flattened wire and stamps.
- A stationary stamp press (until 30 t). Variety of finishes from rod parts to tubes.
- Compression springs that are surfaced/Jig bored from 1.0 to 8.0 mm. for applications that require that characteristic and when they are critically treated or parts that are very thin ( an elevated relationship between the length of the part and the diameter of the body).
- Deep drawing of the wire and tube parts are made with a static automated machine (CNC) following the specifications of the client.
